Heft is a local-only app. All workout data you enter is stored exclusively on your device using SQLite. The app does not collect, transmit, share, or sell any personal information. There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no accounts, and no network requests of any kind. Backups are initiated manually by you and saved to a destination you choose.
